At my core, I am a coach, teacher, organizational leader, humanist and relentless optimist. Throughout my decades journey in the corporate world, primarily in Tech Sales Leadership, I wore a ton of hats – some fit well, and others were perhaps a bit constricting, but all were my teachers.

The undeniable throughline I found was a sincere and consistent desire to positively impact the lives and careers of those around me through helping people stretch toward their best selves. In honesty, it took many years and quite an inward journey to recognize this was always my Purpose, even when I hadn’t defined it: Personal Impact – Growth – Being - Becoming. And I remain on that journey each day myself.

I’m so fortunate to have spent my entire adult life in cities that inspire me (New York City, Chicago and San Francisco), and now reside in Denver with my husband and my two amazing pups. Being a stone’s throw from the Rockies, where the gift of perspective is always so tangibly visible, is a definite gift. I love nothing better than a dry, sun-filled climate and the high desert certainly delivers. When not working, I’m a voracious traveler, and particularly love experiencing history and cultures new to me.
